Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the policy below before buying. 




1) Return Window

Return requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date (or within 14 days of receiving the product if shipped).


2) Eligibility (Unassembled / Boxed Products)

Unassembled (boxed) cabinets may be eligible for return if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • The product is undamaged and in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase is provided


3) Assembled Cabinets

Assembled cabinets are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.

If an exception is approved in writing by BuilderStock (rare and at our discretion), the item must be like-new and may be subject to a higher restocking/processing fee due to reconditioning and resale limitations.


4) Restocking / Processing Fees

  • Unassembled/boxed eligible returns: 15% restocking fee may apply.
  • Approved exceptions for assembled items (if any): a higher fee may apply due to inspection and reconditioning costs.


5) Non-Returnable Items

The following are not returnable:

  • Any assembled cabinets (unless a written exception is approved)
  • Opened, used, damaged, modified, or missing-part items
  • Special order items (unless defective or wrong item shipped)


6) Damaged / Missing Items (Claims)

Please inspect your order at pickup or delivery.

  • Visible damage or missing items should be reported immediately (or within 48 hours).
  • Concealed damage must be reported within 7 days and must include photos of the product and packaging.

7) How to Start a Return

To request a return, email info@builderstockcabinet.com with:

  • Order number / receipt
  • Item(s) and quantity
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

Approved returns must be brought back to our warehouse location (unless we provide other instructions).
